In the year 2000 the US economy was three times that of Communist China, Today, for the first time since Ulysses S. Grant was president, America is no longer the world's leading economic power. Reuters just announced the data from the International Monetary Fund: Red China will produce $17.6 trillion in 2014; the US $17.4 trillion.
Next month those who can stand to watch it will see Obama give his State of the Union address to a joint session of Congress on national television. Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution requires the president to periodically give Congress information on the "state of the Union" and recommend changes that he believes will be beneficial. Unfortunately, since the nation will be watching, he will not address Congress. If his past SOTU speeches are any guide, he will instead use the address as a propaganda opportunity directed at the American people.
Don't expect to get a true and accurate picture of the economy. Politicians always sugar-coat economic news. With the current state of our economy, expect at least three coatings of sugar. But most Americans will not be fooled. We know that the Obama White House has never told us the truth about unemployment, inflation, the National Debt, or a host of other things that are important to us. On Monday we will set the record straight so that you will have facts when you hear Obama's vague, self-serving rhetoric.
"Why should I take my time to listen to a Webinar about an economy that I already know is in trouble?" you may ask. For two reasons. I will share information that you won't hear anywhere else. The Bible teaches that when we go into battle we need to know our enemy. Financial survival today is warfare, and we really need to know what we're up against. The second reason is that I don't believe in just talking about problems. I am all about helping people find solutions. So I will teach you how you can actually BENEFIT from what is happening and what is to come.
